Sen-Chan Preparing method
- Put Sen-Chan in a prepared bowl.
- Add water to cover all Sen-Chan.
- Wait until Sen-Chan gets softer, then drain water out.
- When Sen-Chan gets a bit dryer, it is ready to be cooked.
Remark:
Sen-Chan should be soaked just until it begins to loosen and gets softer. This is because after draining water out, the remaining water on Sen-Chan will be absorbed into the noodle, making it gets tenderer naturally. However, if Sen-Chan is still hard, additional water can be sprinkled onto the noodle.
